اامروز در پنلی به همراه علیرضا آشتیانی مدیر بازاریابی سابق دیجی‌کالا و سهیل خان محمدی، مدیر بازاریابی هایپراستار در خصوص دیجیتال مارکتینگ در فروشگاه‌های زنجیره‌ای و سوپرمارکتهای آنلاین گفتگو کردیم. گفتم که اگر اندازه بازار خرده‌فروشی کالاهای مصرفی را به یک کیک تشبیه و اون و به ده تکه تقسیم کنیم با همه‌ی تحولاتی که در این ۵-۶ سال گذشته رخ داده فقط یک تکه از این ده تکه به فروشگاه‌های زنجیره‌ای رسیده است و هنوز نه تکه به مغازه‌داران و کسب‌وکارهای سنتی متعلق است. اگر کیک را به هزار بخش تقسیم کنیم و با اغماض سه بخش از این کیک را به سوپرمارکتهای آنلاین متعلق بدانیم. از طرف دیگر در ایران بیش از ۴۵ میلیون گوشی هوشمند وجود داره. ضریب نفوذ اینترنت بیش از ۸۵ درصده که ۹۰ درصد آن به اینترنت موبایل تعلق داره و ایرانیان بیش از ۵ برابر در اینترنت حضور دارند. یکی دو سال پیش می‌دانستیم که پتانسیل بسیار بزرگی وجود دارد و اگرچه بهترین‌های دنیا در صنعت سوپرمارکت آنلاین هنوز هم سود نمی‌دهند اما مشتریان ما این سرویس ما را دوست خواهند داشت. اما امروز می‌دانیم که برای کسب نتیجه باید به اندازه‌ای مشتری آورد که بتوان او را خوشحال کرد و عدم دقت در این خصوص هم به شرکت و هم به صنعتی که بازیگران محدودی دارد لطمه می‌زند.
